It is inspired by the experience of \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/El_Sistema\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El Sistema<\/a>\u00bb implemented in Venezuela by maestro Jos\u00e9 Antonio Abreu, a free educational model of qualified music education that promotes the collective practice of music as a means of organizing and developing the community in difficult social areas and contexts.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years Sanitansamble has formed two orchestras, divided by age groups, involving over 80 children and young people between the ages of 6 and 22. While &#8220;playing together&#8221;, the kids had the opportunity to learn to &#8220;stay together&#8221;, discovering their skills and abilities and communicating in a new way through the language of music.<\/p>\n<p>After producing a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pianoterra.net\/2014\/12\/07\/23-maggio-prima-romana-del-documentario-sanitansamble\/\"><strong>documentary <\/strong><\/a>on the orchestra&#8217;s experience in 2013, the Pianoterra Foundation supported the project from 2014 to 2017, funding it and designing personalized educational paths for the young musicians and community
